•Eat more fiber. Digestive health is super important. Without a good, functioning digestive system we can feel bloated, fatigued and uncomfortable. Make sure to includie good sources of fiber in your diet every day.

•Bust a move by exercising, dancing, playing sports, doing your housework. Make sure you break a sweat along the way.
