December is usually the hardest month to stay on track towards your fitness and healthy lifestyle goals. So this year I'm challenging you to lose 10 pounds during the month of December! It's super simple. Here's all you have to do:
--- Complete the #NoExcusesWorkout twice a day on Monday, Wednesday and Friday each week!
--- Drink one gallon of water daily!
That's it! Easy right?
Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday I will post the #NoExcusesWorkout on all social media platforms and the jquenow.com website. The rest is up to you. #YouCanDoIt
