BootCamp with J'Que

I invite you to get kick it up a knock with this 6 week “BootCamp” Class.

I've created a bootcamp style class that will get you into shape, help you lose weight, and add the fun of outdoor group training. This 45 minute full-body workout will target the major muscle groups of the upper & lower body, specifically designed to make you sweat! From circuit-style routines that jump-start cardio fitness, to creative muscle-toning exercises using dumbbells, exercise bands, or even the participant’s body weight, each class brings its own unique challenges. No two classes are the same! During each session, the workouts have been formatted to help improve cardiovascular stamina, core strength, & flexibility.

There will be a morning and evening session available as follows:

- Tuesday/Thursday - 6am
- Tuesday/Thursday - 6pm
